I use bioinformatics skillshow to decode the unfound patterns in cancer, and explore biomarkers for explaining the cancer heterogeneity and predictingimprove the efficacy of cancer treatments, mainly in immunotherapy.
I am passionate about open science and developingreduce open-sourcethe analysisadverse toolkits. Because of this, currently I am a community member of Openbiox, rOpenSci and Bioconductor. My long-term goal in academic field is being a master in a subfieldeffect of cancer bioinformaticsimmunotherapy and tryingradiation/chemotherapy, myetc.

With a focus on fostering synergy among experts in the field, OncoHarmony Network aims to construct a comprehensive resource hub and cutting-edge tools for unraveling the complexities of tumor-immune interactions. Through collective knowledge and interdisciplinary collaboration, we strive to accelerate breakthroughs in the understanding and development of effective cancer therapies.
